GUSTAVO A. ORDÓÑEZ
Mr. Ordóñez is a senior associate in the Real Estate Group of the Cooley Godward Kronish Business department. His practice is focused in commercial real estate, concentrating in acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, leasing and lending, construction and development deals in the US, the Caribbean and Latin America. Mr. Ordóñez received a J.D. in 1998 from Boston College Law School. For Stratus Realty Group Mr. Ordonez is one the legal advisors for Latin American transactions.

VALENTIN STOEV
Mr. Stoev has been employed by Consulate General of Bulgaria New York since January 2005 and is Head of Trade & Economic Relations Office. Over the years, Mr. Stoev has been Financial & Banking Consultant for the following companies: Stomaneni Trabi AD, Spartak Tours LTD, Arko Assets Group, AIG Bulgaria, Montel AD, New Century Investment Fund, Union Television, International Tobacco Corp Overseas Investment Trust. Valentin Stoev is also a consultant for books and publications on the real estate evaluation and restitution processes in Bulgaria.

ELIZABETH FAIRFAX BROWN
Ms. Brown is President of Fairfax Productions LLC, and holds a B.A. in Economics from Brown University. She has worked in special events and fund raising for over 20 years, serving 6 years on President Bill Clinton's advance team as a national site coordinator. She worked as National PR Events Manager with US Concepts before forming her own company - consulting for special events, fund raising, advertising and marketing. Recent events include: the New York Transit Museum's Subway Centennial Gala at Grand Central Terminal, the UNAIDS concert: An Evening of Remembrance and Hope, The National Association of Drug Prevention Annual Luncheon, and the New York Junior Tennis League Civic Leadership Awards. Ms. Brown is the Executive Director of the Heart and Soul Charitable Fund, and a business development advisor for Stratus Realty Group.

ADRIAN WONG
Mr. Wong holds a Master's degree at School of International & Public Affairs, Columbia University, specializing in International Finance and Business. Since 2005, Adrian has been serving as the Vice President at Etkin & Company Inc., identifying and advising strategic acquisitions for clients, and managing execution for M&A transactions including, due diligence, evaluations, and investor/client relations. Mr. Wong has worked at major financial institutions, such as J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., as an investment analyst, focusing on identifying, analyzing business acquisitions; such as debt refinancing, bond and equity offerings, asset sales, management buyouts and valuation of companies. As a Senior Analyst with the Investment Banking Division, Mr. Wong was involved in mergers & acquisitions and private placement transactions dealing with issuance of senior notes, subordinated notes, mezzanine funds and preferred equities for clients from different industries with up to $ 380 million in a single transaction.
